About Paris Community Church
Paris Community Church is in a season of meaningful growth numerically and spiritually. We are seeing increasing engagement across our ministries and a deep desire for authentic community and spiritual formation beyond Sunday mornings.
We believe this is a unique opportunity—not just to grow in numbers, but to intentionally help people as they take next steps in their relationship with Jesus as they live out their faith in everyday life. This role is central to helping us steward that opportunity well.
About the Role
The Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Community Engagement will serve as a key leader in shaping how people connect, grow, and take next steps in their faith journey.
This person will oversee our core discipleship environments—including guest experience, Alpha, small groups, and serving teams—while also designing and developing a clear, integrated pathway that helps people move from initial connection to deep spiritual maturity and missional living.
This is both a pastoral and strategic role: strengthening existing ministries while also innovating new and creative approaches to spiritual formation in our church and community.
